PAR 132 - Contract Law

Course Description: This course provides an introduction to general contract law concepts and the Uniform Commercial Code. The course explores contract formation, dispute resolution and remedies.
Prerequisite(s): Eligible for ENG 101.
Note(s): This is a Legal Specialty course.
