I am honored to be serving as MCC’s 5th President and I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for this great institution. MCC has long been recognized as an innovative and transformative place to work and learn. Following a year-long celebration of 50 years of student success amid a global pandemic, the College has never been more prepared to face the future of education. Driven by our mission, we will tackle racism head on, making our community an equitable and accessible place for all.
It is you, our students who make MCC so special. You each have a unique story that we as educators must hear. Whether you are a high school student or an adult learner, an immigrant or a career changer - you have experiences, skills, talents, cultures and identities that we need to recognize and honor as a crucial part of your educational journey.
My mission is to make sure that each of you experience MCC as a safe, welcoming and engaging institution. Our devoted faculty and staff are fully committed to helping you on your educational path. We will work with each of you to identify your personal, academic and professional goals as you hone your strengths and develop new skills that will position you to transfer to a four-year school or advance in your chosen career.
