Google’s IT Support Professional Certificate is a program that helps people prepare for entry-level roles in IT support with no experience or degree necessary. Through a dynamic mix of video lectures, quizzes, and hands-on labs and widgets, the Google IT Support Professional Certificate introduces learners to troubleshooting, customer service, networking, operating systems, system administration, and security. Students also prepare to take the Comp TIA A+ exam.

Until June 30, 2024, Middlesex Community College is able to offer grant funding for this program for those who are unemployed or underemployed.  If you are interested in grant funding or want to learn more, please e-mail career_training@middlesex.mass.edu.
