This certificate course will prepare you for a position in offices where proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office suite is used. These positions include administrative assistant, customer service or data entry. Students will become proficient in computer skills such as file & folder management, system backup, device/printer setup, internet basics, password management along with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation.
