ART 171 - Visual Design II3
Course Description: Visual Design II builds on the foundational skills of Visual Design I and introduces students to more complex design challenges and techniques. Emphasis will be placed on developing a refined design process that includes research, ideation, iteration, and presentation. By the end of the course, students will develop sophisticated design work demonstrating their proficiency in advanced visual design. Prerequisite(s): Completion of ART 104 and ART 153; concurrent enrollment or completion of ART 161. General Education Elective(s): Humanities Note(s): Visual Design majors must receive a C or better in this course to progress in the program.
