The IT Networking and User support certificate prepares students for entry-level IT support and networking support positions. The program helps students learn to assist IT organizations in connecting with their customers, either inside or outside the organization. Skills covered include solving problems with hardware and software, assisting users in the use of applications, and providing education to users on various IT issues. The IT Networking and User Support certificate will provide an entry point for students who want to start in or transition into the IT support industry.
