LAN 203 - Chinese 3 and Culture

Course Description: Chinese 3 and Culture is a third semester world language course. Students will continue to learn Chinese language by developing all four communication skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. They will also learn to expand their reading skills to be able to follow sequence of actions or events, and write in Chinese basic descriptions of past events and activities. They will respond to expressions and gain an understanding and respect for a different culture.

Prerequisite(s): Completion of LAN 192 with a grade of C- or better or placement by exam.
