LAN 192 - Chinese 2 and Culture

Course Description: Chinese 2 and Culture is a second semester introductory world language course. Students will continue to learn Chinese language by developing all four communication skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. They will also learn to expand their reading skills with support, and write in Chinese using very simple text. They will respond to expressions and gain an understanding and respect for a different culture.

Prerequisite(s): Completion of LAN 191 with a C- or better or placement by exam.
