BUS 212 - Human Resource Management3Formerly BU 3111 Human Resource Management is the study of the policies and practices involved in carrying out the "people" or human resource aspects of a management position. These activities include: recruiting, screening, training, compensating, rewarding, appraising, health and safety, and fairness concerns of employees who are necessary to achieve organizational objectives.
