For more than 40 years, Middlesex has embraced changes in teaching and learning strategies inside and outside the classroom to transform our students and our community.
Innovative degree and certificate programs, such as our Academy of Health Professions, have been developed with input from industry experts. These exceptional health care, biotechnology and STEM (science, engineering, technology & math) programs provide opportunities and pathways for Middlesex students to get the necessary knowledge and skills to enter the workforce.
Our nationally recognized Service-Learning Program, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary, connects the classroom to the community. Through placements in local partner organizations, MCC students meet community needs and apply what they are learning in the classroom – while simultaneously gaining real-world experience.
We are committed to educating students about international issues and broadening their perspective of the world community. Our Global Education programs and courses, and International Education Fellowships allow our students to study and learn about other cultures and economies.
Middlesex is also dedicated to helping military veterans successfully transition from combat to college. Through the efforts of our Veterans Resource Center, Veterans Advisory Board and other special veterans services, MCC has consistently been named a Military Friendly School by G.I. Jobs.
